Unclaimed insurance proceeds

We are looking for policyholders to claim their unclaimed maturity proceeds.

Please refer to this link published on Life Insurance Association of Singapore (LIA)'s website for details of policyholders who have policies with unclaimed death proceeds or unclaimed maturity proceeds. If you are such a policyholder or a valid claimant, please contact our Customer Service Hotline 6225 6111 or visit our customer service centre located at 21 Collyer Quay #02-01, Singapore 049320.

Dial-A-Loan Service

Our Dial-A-Loan service allows you to apply for a Policy Loan* with a phone call. When your application has been processed, we will contact you to request that you visit our Customer Service Centre to collect the cheque for the requested Policy Loan amount and sign the Policy Loan Agreement.
