Making an Non-Life Insurance Claim

It is important that you should report any claim incident to us as soon as possible. Where the claim incident involves pepetration of a crime, you should also immediately file a police report. As a responsible policyholder, you are expected to take all reasonable steps to prevent further aggravation of your loss and to keep all damaged item so that we or our appointed Loss Adjusters can inspect them for the purpose of claim assessment.

During business hours, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, please call our hotline for assistance. Please have on hand your policy number and details of what has happened. Our claims adviser will discuss the loss with you and determine the most appropriate method to expedite your claim.

If we believe that it is necessary for your claim to be assessed by a Loss Adjuster we will appoint one of our preferred Loss Adjusters and they contact you promptly to arrange a convenient time to visit you.

After business hours, you may fax the brief details of what has happened complete with your policy and contact numbers to (65) 6221 2188. Our claims adviser will contact you the next business day and to discuss the loss with you.
