If you encounter any incident that may bring about a claim under your policy, it is important that you let us know about the incident as soon as possible. When you are overseas and you need assistance, you can contact our Emergency Assistance Hotline on (65) 6338 7800 (call collect) serviced by International SOS Pte Ltd. You should also file your claim as soon as you return to Singapore.
To make a claim on your policy, please download the claim form and complete all relevant portions. You can help us speed up the processing of your claim by following the instructions on the claim form, which will advise you of the documentation you need to provide to support your claim.
