Benefits at a glance

Affordable and flexible contributions
You can choose to start investing from as low as S$9,000 using your cash or funds from your Central Provident Fund Investment Scheme - Oridinary Account (CPFIS-OA) and Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS). You also have the flexibility to top-up your investments into your plan at any time.

Life Takaful benefit
In the event of death, your loved ones will receive a minimum death benefit regardless of the value of the fund. This benefit is not embedded within the fund but is provided for when you select any of our investment-linked plans. The Takaful benefit is funded via a Tabarru' fee of S$10 from your single contribution. Based on the principles of Takaful, Tabarru' is a donation from all participants in the plan to help fellow participants in the event of death.

Liquidity on your contribution
Your money is not tied to any fixed term when you invest in this investment-linked Takaful plan. You can withdraw# your investments for cash anytime provided that there is enough cash value in your plan at the time of withdrawal.

Purify your investments
Your investments will go through a process of 'purification' where a percentage of the dividend, which symbolises the proportion of non-Shariah approved income earned by the companies, will be deducted and donated to charity. This process is in line with the international Islamic practice in equity dealing.

Note:
# Withdrawals can be made provided there is enough cash value in your investment-linked Takaful plan at the time of withdrawal. Your surrender value is based on the next determined bid price of the fund. An early termination of the policy will usually involve high costs and the surrender value payable may be less than total contributions paid.
