HSBC-Link Premium Property Equity Fund aims to achieve long term capital appreciation by investing in the equities of companies or Real Estate Investment Trusts (or its equivalent) listed or traded on a regulated market which derive the main part of their revenue from the ownership, management and/ or development of real estate throughout the world.
The fund is suitable for people who:
• Aggressive growth-oriented investor looking for exposure to the appreciation potential that property equities can offer.
• Able to withstand inevitable short-term market swings and greater volatility in exchange for higher potential return.
• Able to understand the risks and potential rewards of sector investing.
The HSBC-Link Premium Property Equity Fund invests primarily 50% into the Henderson Horizon Fund - Global Property Equities Fund, 25% into the Henderson Horizon Fund- Pan European Property Equities Fund and 25% into the Henderson Horizon Fund - Asia-Pacific Property Equities Fund.
This is an insurance-linked policy fund and can be invested only through our Growth Cultivator, a single premium investment-linked plan.
In the event of death, your loved ones will receive a minimum death benefit regardless of the value of the fund. This benefit is not embedded within the fund but is provided for when you select any of our investment-linked plans.
You can have unlimited switches between funds within the funds offered under Growth Cultivator. This is to ensure your portfolio objective is aligned with your investment objective, which may change along the way.
Under the current Singapore tax laws, proceeds of a personal life insurance policy are not subjected to income tax.
