There will be four Quarterly Draws and a Grand Draw as follows:
Draw Q1: Three winners will each win S$500 worth of Tangs shopping vouchers
(Qualifying period: 1 January to 31 March 2008)
Draw Q2: Three winners will each win S$500 worth of Tangs shopping vouchers
(Qualifying period: 1 April to 30 June 2008)
Draw Q3: Three winners will each win S$500 worth of Tangs shopping vouchers
(Qualifying period: 1 July to 30 September 2008)
Draw Q4: Three winners will each win S$500 worth of Tangs shopping vouchers
(Qualifying period: 1 October to 31 December 2008)
Grand Draw: Family vacation for four to scenic New Zealand. Two nights accommodation and return airfare on Singapore Airlines for two adults and two children (children 12 years old and below)

To qualify for the Quarterly Draws, fully completed Draw participation forms (the “Forms”) must be deposited in designated collection boxes within the relevant qualifying periods. Each Form will only qualify for one Quarterly Draw. All Forms deposited from 1 January to 31 December 2008 will qualify for the Grand Draw. |

The Draw is open to any person, aged 21 years old and above and legally residing in Singapore. It is not open to staff and immediate family members, suppliers and agents of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (“HSBC”) and HSBC Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Limited (“HSBC Insurance”). |

Each person is only permitted to submit one Form. Multiple entries will result in disqualification from the Draw. |

The Draw will be conducted at 60 Alexandra Terrace #03-27 The Comtech Singapore 118502 on the following dates:
Draw Q1 : 7 April 2008
Draw Q2 : 7 July 2008
Draw Q3 : 6 October 2008
Draw Q4 : 5 January 2009
Grand Draw : 5 January 2009 |

The Draw is registered by HSBC. |

| 7. |
Winners will be notified via post within 14 days from the date of the Draw. Winners must bring along their original identification documents for collection of their prize. |

| 8. |
The Draw prizes (the “Prize”) must be collected within a month from the issue date of the notification letter otherwise the Prizes will be forfeited. |

| 9. |
The Prize for the Grand Draw is redeemable at Sino-America Tours Corporation Pte Ltd for a travel package comprising of return air tickets on Singapore Airlines and two nights accommodation for two adults and two children (below 12 years old). Travel must be completed within one year from date of the Grand Draw. |

| 10. |
Travel package excludes airport taxes and is subject to peak season and high season surcharges. |
| |

| 11. |
HSBC will not entertain any requests to replace or substitute any Prize for cash or items of equivalent value. Use of the Prizes will be subject to the terms and conditions of the merchants providing the products and services. |

| 12. |
HSBC is not a supplier of the products and services offered by the merchants and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. |
| |
|
| 13. |
No replacement will be made for any Prize that is lost, torn, defaced or damaged. |

| 14. |
HSBC reserves the right to vary the terms of this promotion or withdraw the Draw at any time without prior notice. |

| 15. |
HSBC reserves the right to replace the Prize with another item of similar value without prior notice. |

| 16. |
HSBC’s decision on all matters relating to the Draw shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained. |

| 17. |
Information collected through the Draw may be used by HSBC and HSBC Insurance. Participants may receive promotional materials, services updates and other information about HSBC’s or HSBC Insurance’s products and services via e-mail or telephone call. If a participant does not wish to receive such news, updates and information, the participant may inform HSBC and HSBC Insurance in writing accordingly. |
