You can make your money work harder by investing in our wide range of Investment-linked funds. These funds are managed by our selected group of experienced fund managers, each with a proven track record.

Depending on your investment needs and risk profile, you can choose to invest in one or more funds such as fixed income funds and equity funds.

We will be changing the name of the ILP sub-fund HSBC-Link Ethical Capital Protected Fund to HSBC-Link Ethical Managed Fund on or around 21 November 2011. There will be no change to the investment objectives, focus and approach of this ILP sub-fund as a result of the aforementioned change.

HSBC-Link Premium Balanced Fund is managed by Deutsche Asset Management (Asia) Limited (the "Manager") and invests all or substantially all of its assets into the DWS Premier Select Trust (the "Underlying Fund"). Please note that with effect from 23 November 2010, DWS Investment GmbH has been appointed by the Manager as the sub-manager of the Underlying Fund.

With effect from 1 April 2010, no further subscriptions (both new and recurring) can be made into the HSBC-Link Commodity Fund.

Please note that HSBC-Link Asia Equity Fund has ceased to be included under the CPF Investment Scheme (the "CPFIS") with effect from 28 June 2010. As such, HSBC-Link Asia Equity Fund will no longer be able to accept new CPF subscriptions.

If you wish to subscribe to further units or switch into the HSBC-Link Ethical Asia Equity Fund using CPFIS-Ordinary Account monies, your application form must reach us by 13 December 2010.

Please note the following changes with effect from 1 March 2011.The Underlying Sub-Fund of HSBC-Link China Equity Fund, HSBC Global Investment Funds (GIF) - Chinese Equity will be replaced with Schroder International Opportunities Portfolio - Schroder China Opportunities Fund. The Manager of HSBC-Link China Equity Fund will be Schroder Investment Management (Singapore Ltd) and the benchmark will be MSCI TR China Gross.

Please note that Global Leaders Fund will no longer be available after 31 January 2011.

If you have invested into the Global Leaders Fund, you will be notified by post via your registered mailing address with us. Please refer to the notification pack for more details and necessary actions required from you.
