How to file a claim

Learn about the process of filing a claim, where to find the forms you need, and how to contact us if you need assistance.

Rest easier knowing what to expect for your claims

You can make a claim online or by filling in a form and including supporting documents. We'll review your submission, then reimburse you once it's been approved.

Filing a claim

Step 1: Get all the information ready

You can visit our 'claim forms' page to find the forms and supporting documents you'll need for the claim you wish to make.

Step 2: Submit your claim

You can complete your claim online. Or you can submit the materials for your claim by post or through your Financial Planner.

Step 3: Wait for our review

We'll assess your claim once we've gotten all the required documents. We may ask for more information if we need it to process your claim.

Step 4: Get paid once it's approved

We aim to settle most claims within 7 working days of getting all the required documents. We'll credit the amount to your account once approved.
